You can download the software for FREE. Note that it requires some basic things to work on your system:

- PHP 5 (4 should work) with safe mode disabled or allowing execution of commands
- UNIX based system (FreeBSD, Linux, ...) - We didn't tried on Windows
- Access to IRC servers from your server

Another thing, not required but important for more stability, is an access to shell/crontab. It allows the software to run an engine which will manage clients connection.
